For anyone wondering what is under the the sub floor. Once you chip out all the subfloor you can see the low spot that water tends to accumulate causing mold.
Repairing the bilge. The teak floor does not come up easily.
Inside Port hull being repaired. The damaged was started by an PO getting T-boned. Above the transom being faired. The v-berth floor ripped out. I chose to re glass and paint the floor rather than add more teak.
